C+3C è sensibile al fomento di iniziative terze legate alla crescita della consapevolezza nei propri ambiti tematici di riferimento. Ciò comporta il suo coinvolgimento in partenariati internazionali ed altre proposte di dibattito.
In materia si sostenibilità energetica, C+3C sostiene la Smart Islands Initiative, la cui Declaration è stata sottoscritta in un evento al Parlamento Europeo, a Bruxelles il 28 marzo 2017.
In tema di innovazione, C+3C è partner di Foundation Institute for Eastern Studies nell'organizzazione del X Investment Forum, Tarnów (Pol), 24-25 aprile, 2017 (#InwestForum) e della Startup Award Competition 2017.
C+3C è partner nella costituzione della rete Ocean Literacy Italia, per la diffusione della cultura del mare, del suo patrimonio naturale ed antropico.
