2021 Avanzi Srl - Supporto alla realizzazione del progetto di neutralità carbonica della 78° Mostra Internazionale di Arte Cinematografica di Venezia, in particolare per quanto riguarda l'attività di offsetting delle emissioni climalteranti, inclusa la ricerca e valutazione dei crediti di carbonio sui mercati internazionali.
2020 - in esecuzione Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia - Servizio di supporto per consultazione di mercato relativa alla valorizzazione del compendio immobiliare del Castello di Colloredo di Monte Albano (UD) .
2019 CISET (Centro Internazionale di Studi sull’Economia del turismo) - Collaborazione alla definizione del progetto di Creazione di una piattaforma d’investimento istituzionale di lungo periodo finalizzata ad investire nel settore del turismo e nel patrimonio artistico/culturale.
2019 The European House Ambrosetti - Presentazione del Rapporto Lo Scenario di Oggi e di Domani per le Strategie Competitive al Forum Ambrosetti Intelligence On The World, Europe, And Italy. Partecipazione all’Advisory Board dello studio “ Investire nel Trasporto Ferroviario Regionale. Un’Opportunità per Il Sistema-Paese”, realizzato in collaborazione con le Ferrovie dello Stato. Collaborazione all'organizzazione e partecipazione al "Belt and Road Summit: Succesful Business in the Way Ahead", Trieste, 20-21 novembre 2019.
2019-20 Contarina Spa - Technical assistance in the implementation of an international cooperation project aimed at implementing a sustainable waste management plan
for the Comoros Islands (DECOR project). Support in the relationship with the government institutions involved.
2020 - in esecuzione Envision - Scouting iniziative smart city in Italia.
2018-19 Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mar Ligure Occidentale - Servizio di assistenza e supporto alle Analisi di Contesto e nelle Relazioni Internazionali concernenti le Strategie, le Politiche e la Governance dei Traffici Marittimi e della loro Organizzazione e Gestione, dei Porti e delle Catene Logistiche Retro Portuali e Terrestri.
2017-20 Realizzazione, per conto di Terna Plus Srl, di un'analisi comparata su scala globale delle migliori pratiche di sostenibilità energetica nelle isole non interconnesse.
2016 - in esecuzione Supporto nello sviluppo della strategia di business, nella ribrandizzazione e nell'approccio di sostenibilità per la catena di ristorazione Peabodys Coffee (Londra).
2017 - in esecuzione Posizionamento strategico del Porto di Augusta nei traffici nazionali e mediterranei. Consulenza svolta per conto dell'Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mare di Sicilia Orientale.
2017 - Analisi ed elaborazione di scenari di mercato per l'interscambio merci lungo la Nuova Via della Seta terrestre e marittima. Focus su mercato servizi ICT per intermodalità, nodi portuali e interportuali.
Attività a supporto della quotazione di DBA Group alla Borsa di Milano.
2016-17 Analisi dei modelli di coinvolgimento delle comunità locali adottati da Falck Renewables in Scozia, finalizzata a consolidare la creazione di valore condiviso e sostenibile.

2017 - Ideazione e organizzazione del corso internazionale di alta formazione "Summer Training Course on Circular Economy: Policies and Practices" (VIU, 3-5 luglio 2017) , dedicato a funzionari e professionisti del settore.

2016 - ongoing Support in the development of the business strategy, of the rebranding and of the sustainability approach for the restaurant chain Peabodys Coffee (London).
2017 - ongoing Strategic positioning of the Port of Augusta in the national and Mediterranean traffic. Consultancy carried out on behalf of the Port Authority of the Eastern Sicilian Sea.
2017 - Analysis and elaboration of market scenarios for the exchange of goods along the New Silk Road, terrestrial and maritime paths. Focus on ICT services market for port intermodality. The activity was carried out to support DBA Group listing at Milan stock exchange.
